Meet the Trainer 

Vanessa Miller, lifelong equestrian, instructor, and trainer. Raised in an equestrian environment and family, horses are the heartbeat of her life. 

Her professional background includes training under Kim Beckman at KB Performance; working at a horse race track; taking lessons at the National School of Academic Equitation in Snohomish; and, most notably, training under Danielle Miller of Mone Farms and Training Center. Vanessa has a long and decorated history of riding and competing in both Western and English disciplines. During her 15 years of competitive riding she won several high-point and state-qualify awards participating in hunter over fences, hunt seat, Western pleasure and gaming. As a Washington native, Vanessa was a member of the Snohomish County 4H program for 15 years and continues to participate with her 4H Club today. 

She is well versed in Western pleasure, ranch riding, gaming, trail rides, English pleasure, jumping, dressage and showmanship. As an all around equestrian and horse woman her knowledge and range of experience is what makes Vanessa such an accomplished instructor. Vanessa teaches all levels of riders, tailoring a plan for growth depending on each rider’s goals and interests. She gives all of her students a solid horsemanship foundation to build on while having a lot of fun!

Horses for Vanessa are a lifelong journey of love and learning. She is committed to creating a family friendly and fun learning environment where riders of all levels can come and she can share her passion for horses.
